Why does clicking "My Ebay" take me into the "Seller Hub"?
Maybe I'm going senile, but my recollection is that when I clicked "My Ebay" it always used to take me to my summary page. Yesterday and today it has taken me directly into the seller hub. Is this a malfunction, a system change, or have I indeed forgotten the last 20 years? I haven't sold anything since 2024, so I'm sure I'd have noticed if clicking "My Ebay" had taken me into the "Seller Hub" previously, as I would have had to navigate out of it.

You can change your My eBay landing page by going to the page you want to see, then clicking on the ribbon outline icon that appears next to your feedback number on that My eBay page.

Seller Hub is different; it lacks that option that other My eBay pages have. The ribbon outline icon on most pages can be found next to your feedback number.

Hi @gwilliamb ,
Thank you for your post.
It would have done that previously when seller hub was an option of its own on the list under My Ebay. If you click on My Ebay now, the summary option is the first one below it.
Thank you,
Kat

This always seems to happen in ebay. Everytime they do some software change I need to perform extra steps. Why have they changed the default to seller hub and why does the user not have the option to set their own default 'my ebay'?
