Where has item description gone
I used to be able to read the item description, usually under the photos but now it's gone, any ideas anyone?

·3 weeks agoI have this same issue for the last five/ six weeks or so.
I note you ask for an item number but this disappears along with the description.
It appears to happen more on private listings than business listings.
Current omplaints of this issue suggest its an Ebay problem, after all I have changed nothing on my laptop, no settings and I'm reluctant to interfere with any settings.

Hi @piano_tuner , thanks for your post.
I've seen a couple of threads stating the same or similar issue as yours, but we haven't been able to replicate it, if you are still seeing this, do you have an item number, so I can take a look for you to see if we can get the issue replicated and fixed?
Thank you,
Marco

Try temporarily disabling your ad blocker to see if that helps.
Or try another browser or a private or incognito browser window. If that works better, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies in the original browser.
