View Order Details function not working
The View Order Details function just brings up a blank page. I have tried deleting cache, reloading and re-booting but it still doesn't work.. The "Help" AI is highly unintelligent and just advises me to go to Purchase History and click on View Order Details. But that doesn't work!!
Nowhere to report this too - any suggestions?

OP1 month agoPerhaps they DO monitor these posts.... View Order Details seems to be working again now!

·1 month agoI feel the same, I try to use ebay wherever I can, so that I don't buy everything from Amazon, but this is too much hassle! It does look like they have sorted whatever was wrong, as I can now access the order details, but it does feel slow, so may still be something going on in the background.

·1 month agoExactly the same here. The help section is a joke and the AI is an utter waste of time. Seems impossible to report this. Tried the generic "report technical issues", but just got a thank you for helping to make ebay better!

OP1 month agoYup. I really should stop using eBay. When it works it's okay but if you have a real problem it is impossible to get any actual support.

·1 month agoSame here, it’s not just you - view order details button shows just the eBay header and no details. Must be a glitch somewhere.
