Not sure if counts, this happened when I tried to buy an item from the seller even though it could ship to where I live. Tried on other items from different sellers that could ship but that same message appeared. I and the seller whom I tried to buy the item from are from different regions, mine is thailand and seller's is lithuania in question. I wasn't blocked from their list.
