Quick rant to get it out of my system:The navigation and functionality of the ebay site and app is so unintuitive that after checking every page, every ... menu, clicking every link that sounded remotely linked to what I wanted I turned to copilot told it everything I was doing, tried every thing it suggested and still cannot do what I want to do. Issue 1As the seller for listing ID 236746832130, I am trying to revise the listing. A load of the details are locked because it says I have unanswered questions. When viewing the listing, there is a summary box at the top of the page. It says there is 1 unanswered question:Clicking the Answer question link just takes me to the general messages page. There are 2 message from different ebay users about this item. I have responded to both - both where questions along the lines of "£xxxx offer" and "What's your bottom price". I responded to both directly on that same message page. In both cases I had clicked a link in an email to get to the message page to respond.I went to the manage offers page and clicked through every link, section, expired seller offer and there is no UI that allows me to view/respond to any question.This is clearly a bug combined with extremely poor UX. If someone from eBay reads this please take a look and deploy a fix.Issue 2 After finding the AI chat bot completely unhelpful, because I'm running into a bug, I found posts on this forum from the eBay team asking for feedback. I found the current one that runs up until the middle of this month. But hey don't you know, another bug! I can't reply to the post because it claims I have an unverified email address. The message that says that is cut off because of CSS bug and I had to use my browsers dev tools to read the whole message which directs to user profile. I go to profile for forum and there is nothing in the user profile section that allows me to trigger an email verification. I've had my ebay account for something like 26 years, so pretty sure it's verified.
