Unable to set up Multi-buys discounts
Summary: amberphoenix_tcg is experiencing difficulty setting up Multi-buy discounts on eBay due to the absence of the 'create a discount' option in the Basic seller account. sml192 explains that being registered as a Business Seller is necessary to access this feature.
All the advise online says this:
To set up Multi-buy discounts on eBay, use the Seller Hub Marketing tab.
Navigate to Seller hub, select Marketing, then Discounts. From the Create a discount drop-down, choose Multi-buy.
The problem is that when I'm on the discount page, there is no create a discount option at all, so i don't know what to do. I have a Basic seller account if that helps at all?
