unable to process your payment

I'm trying to purchase a shipping label using my available eBay funds, but I keep getting the following error message:

"We are unable to process your payment at this time. Please try again."

I have plenty of available funds in my eBay balance, so I'm not sure why this is happening.

Can any one help all my bank cards and details are up to date

Same here and even worse I try to issue refund to my buyer can’t go through and my buyer wasn’t happy at all
