Top Rated Seller but some screens show as Below standard

I seem to have a technicalissue on my account - last year my account fell below standard due to being out of stock on a few sales.
in May this year my account returned to Top rated status.
However, my seller limits have been downgraded from several millions of £ to £15k and when i use the link to request an increase it states that i cannot because my account is below standard.
after 4 phone calls CS have manually upped my limit to £30k but the problem still remains, I believe there is a technical issue where my account isnt automatically increasing limits based on sales despite me actually being Top rated as somewhere on the account it still believes i am below standard.
Does anyone know how i can book this is for someone on the technical side of operations to take a look at? CS don't appear to be dealing with it correctly and id rather not have to call up every month to beg someone to increase my limits higher as i am currently sitting on £150k of inventory that i cannot list.

I've just checked there for you, and there are no technical issues at all around this that could be impacting your account.
Unfortunately, these things can happen after your selling performance drops to below standard. You can request limits increase from here, but if they are not accepted or if they don't automatically increase, it doesn't necessarily means that it is a technical issue.
Going forward you'd need to start building all this back again until you get to the point where you were before your seller performance was before it dropped.
