Shipping issues with new listings

so for the past two days I've been trying to list on eBay to be told I can't due to the fact i have no shipping policy even though i ship with eBay. you heard that correctly. So even though i shouldn't make a policy i continued to do so. after creating the policy guess what the policy does not save. I can't change it to collection only either as it no longer gives me that option for some reason. So I'm left unable to list on eBay until this is fixed. please fix. Anyone else having this issue here?

·1 week agoIf it is asking you for a postage policy then that means that you are opted into Business Policies. You can opt back out at the top of the Business Policies page here if you wish.
Note, when Business Policies are enabled you need to set up a separate postage policy for 'Collection only' which is why you aren't currently seeing that option when creating a listing.

·1 week agoThis was a known issue a couple of weeks ago, are you getting an error message of sorts on the postage page asking for postage rates (I cannot remember the exact wording) at the same time collection only seller pays postage was not working. If you can post an image of what you are getting that would help.
