I haven't been able to use ebay for 2 days
Error message states server down trying to solve the issue and try later. Could someone tell me what is going on please as your message board say everything working fine.

Having checked with tech there isn't any open issue for this currently. How are you accessing eBay, is it through the app or desktop/browser?
If the app can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
If the desktop/browser can you try deleting recent cache and cookies or try from a different browser
