Selling Fee Payout Issues with Error Message saying my UK bank cards are not eligible
Summary: sud3bay is experiencing difficulties with eBay payouts, as their long-used card is suddenly deemed ineligible. Attempts to add new cards are unsuccessful, with verification issues persisting despite confirming with the banks that there are no problems on their end. They seek advice on whether this is an eBay issue and if others have had similar experiences or solutions, as it has been over a month since their item was sold.
My pay-outs are on hold as ebay is saying that my card that I have been using for years, is not eligible for pay-outs. I have sought to add new cards but each time it is saying that the card cannot be verified. Tried on Different computers, is there a work around? I have confirmed through the banking app a number of times that it is ok so the block is not the various banks. It looks like this is a ebay issue?? Anyone else experiencing this or had experienced it and then found a solution? My item Sold over a month ago and I still can't add a card.

Hi @sud3bay thanks for your post.
Are you trying to add an actual card to get paid? If so, that might not work as we normally send your payouts into your bank account, not card. While they are linked together, both your debit and/or credit card have different numbers against your actual bank account. If you haven't tried this yet, please try entering your bank account number (not card) including sort code (each in its respective fields), and that should work for you.
If that doesn't work, please let me know what kind of error you get and I'll be happy to take a further look for you.
Thank you,
Marco
