selecting large parcel
Simple delivery won't put large parcel on the list. It stops at medium parcel, but my item is longer than 61cm even though ot only weighs 5kg

·1 month agoevri take parcels up to 15kg with a max box length of 120cm.
perhaps if your items are over rm 61cm, and you are a private seller, remove rm as service.

·1 month agoTry changing category or sub-category. Size options seem to depend on category.

OP1 month agoit is a viola in string instruments.
I tried changing it to a bigger instrument and it still only shows medium parcel - sooo frustrating and I'm using soooo much time on it..................

OP1 month agois it correct that if ebay won't show it, then ebay covers the extra cost?

·1 month agoYou can go over your own weight or size limit but it has to be within the price bracket. If you underpay postage the parcel will probably be refused or the buyer has to pay the difference.
If you're listing on the app if possible try on a PC or laptop.
If no luck if you can get the option "Oversized" you can opt out of Simple Delivery and buy your own postage. That also depends on category. If you select it click on Add Primary Service and enter postage cost.
