Samsung deleted ebay acc

Please can someone help me. I have been buying through Ebay UK for at least 15 years. Recently, it came up on my mobile that to ensure extra security it was necessary to set up a Samsung passkey. I'm a technophobe and I trusted that it would be okay however it didn't disclose before I did it that it would delete my existing online accounts however that is what it has done to my Ebay account so I can no longer view any of my previous purchases and messages. I have tried to access it through the Ebay UK website using my previous password but it just takes me straight to the new account. It has really upset me. I have tried to contact Ebay Help & Support but there aren't any subjects that cover my problem so I'm reaching out in the hope that someone can help me. Much appreciated, Claire

·6 days agoOn your phone, type in Google playstore and then Ebay in the search bar. Install Ebay and you will be good to go again.

·6 days agoIf I click on your feedback score below your username above it brings e to your account which was opened in Aug 2008, is it this one showing blank messages and purchases?
Which device are you using, the app seems to throw up all sorts of glitches. Is the same happening when you use a laptop / PC. Try there with Chrome, clearing cache and cookies see if that makes a difference.
