Sales email notifications problem when customer using Basket
Summary: prom22 reported that a previously resolved issue with sales email notifications has resurfaced. kat@ebay, identified as Kat, requested order details to assist the tech team in fixing the problem. prom22 and bzmotman provided examples and screenshots of the issue, highlighting incorrect email subjects while the body of the emails remained correct. Kat confirmed that the tech team applied a fix and assured the issue should be resolved for future orders.

OP1 month agoSo this is two screenshots: one of the top of the Sales Notification email showing the wrong Subject field.
The second showing the contents (which should be two pairs of Medium size at £3.50 each).

·3 weeks agoNow for something slightly different but most probably the same fault causing it.. Individual sales come through correctly, send combined invoice (8 items), buyer pays and every You got paid email is headed for the same item. The body of the email is correct but the heading is wrong. Order 13-14887-86545 from tonight.

Received 3 emails, all with the same title of Hornsea Salt Pepper.
The link within the emails all go to the same item (as titled) but the prices are correct (for the items they should be).

I can confirm that the sales email problem that was resolved is now occurring again.
Can you please raise this issue with however is responsible & ask them to sort it once & for all.
