I had a listing for knives removed because it did not have age verification delivery. I revised it to add this onto the listing, however it continued to not allow me to list the item - I have rung ebay about 5 times and spent hours on the phone to customer service agents who have promised to escalate the problem and ring me back, this has not happened and I am still waiting to sort out this simple issue after nearly a month.
I also spoke to a manager about another problem with late delivery defects on my account. Again he promised to ring me back but I have have waited over a month now and not received the call back
Ebay used to be so good at contacting back and sorting problems, but now seem to just rely on AI!
Anyone else had similar experiences?

·1 week agoOnce a listing has been removed due to a policy violation, it is hard to relist it even after you have revised it. You will need to create a new listing with the correct AV postage.
