Refunds still showing as processing after many hours
Anyone else finding that refunds are taking longer to process,I have one processing since around 7pm (24th of August) and one from this morning from around 10.45 am....usually refunds process within perhaps 15 minutes or sooner .

Is this for orders you've refunded to buyers or for purchases that you're being refunded for? I know it is normally processed within the first hour, but sometimes it could take a bit longer than that. If after a couple of days you still see the same, please feel free to let me know and I'd be happy to take a look for you.

OP2 weeks agoHi Marco,it is for two orders that I purchased ,I called and spoke with customer services on the 25th of August ,both refunds are still showing as processing ...how can I contact you with the order numbers ?

As advised above, sometimes it could take a bit longer, which is why I imagine one of them went through already and the other still hasn't, so it might be a case of waiting for it to go through. However, if you confirm the item number here, I can take a look for you no problem.
