[rant mode on] Today customer asked if he can have item delivered sooner - I said sure on checkout you have postage upgrade options chose tracked24 or Special.
Then he asked where to find. Which confused me as I always use desktop browser and update options are in table but apparently eBay had great idea that in app free postage is base option and you have to press on it to access other options.
Why not simple list?! Ebay got paid fees on postage cost so would not be better to customers to pay for faster postage?
