Postage charged twice
I recently sold something on ebay. The buyer paid for postage. When I tried to get the label, the built in process took to a purchase page with parcelforce. I also paid for the postage.
However, the ebay summary page for the listing shows the ebay have already deducted from the total amount. So it seems like I paid twice for postage, once on debit card and the other being deducted by ebay

So its custom postage. In those orders - you get paid those funds (eventually) for the postage - and can use those funds to buy postage wherever you want. Doesn't have to necessarily be via ebay. You can normally use your ebay funds to pay for this postage.
Without showing the ebay summary in a screenshot and why you think you have been charged twice - hard to advise. What do you mean by 'I also paid for the postage' - did you purchase away from ebay?
