Pictures not uploading on the listing page
Around 11.00am the pictures stopped uploading. Just got message saying try again later. Help chat bot was not of much use. help desk was not a great deal better. In addition three days ago the 'refund' feature/page stopped working and is still not fixed. Not sure the fees we pay are being put to good use

·1 month agoI have same issue today and can see many people posted this info. Maybe we should ask ebay to compensate for one day or more out of service due to technical issues? But this needs to be done by organized group of sellers not individuals because they will ignore it. I have internet contract with Virgin Media and although there is nothing about refunding there they refund anyway if there is 1 or 2 days technical problem on their side. This show real customer focus on their side, ebay looks rather like "pay first customer service last" type of company.
