Personal ID
So I’m getting account update messages from EBday instructing me to verify my ID. So I follow the instructions but when I get to the page where I select the ‘verify ID’ section absolutely nothing happens. I feel as if I’m going crazy because I verified my id a while ago and have sold items since then. Can anyone help me with this issue please????

Is this still happening to you? If so, could you please confirm what exactly is the issue? As in you upload your ID, and then you're taken back to the home page, or when you click to upload your documents the page doesn't respond or it goes blank? Or is it a case of the documents not being accepted?
