Offers not showing on pending offers page
Summary: q12345678900 reported an issue with some offers not appearing in the seller hub, although push notifications are received. kat@ebay acknowledged the problem and mentioned that it has been reported to the tech team for investigation. theydontfitme also experienced this issue for two weeks and expressed frustration over the lack of resolution. kat@ebay reassured that it is being addressed, though no set timeline for a fix was provided.
For the past few days some new offers from shoppers are not visible in seller hub. This is affecting maybe 10% of offers I receive. I receive push notifications from the app, but the offers are not visible in seller hub overview or on the pending offers page. I also do not receive an email/message from eBay for the affected offers.
Most offers are being received normally, I'm not sure why this is only happening in some cases. The affected offers are still shown on the item page, so the only way I can respond is by searching the listing title if I'm paying attention to push notifications.

·5 days agoI've had this going on for almost 2 weeks and I reported it to ebay and NOTHING is being addressed or fixed.

It is opened as a ticket with our tech team and being investigated. I don't have a set timeline on resolution but the soonest we have an update from them we will let the community know.
