Not Again!
Is it just me?........Great difficulties signing in today... ..for the umpteenth time this year.
No codes received initially but then arrives after 15 minutes of waiting.
Often no Email option again.
Am using a Laptop, Browser updated, Cache cleared etc etc.
Getting really fed up with this extra drama on this site.
Rant over for now as it seems too tough a problem for the "Technical Dept" to resolve permanently .

OP1 month agoThank you Tommy for replying. Over the last twelve months enduring this problem , I have tried EVERYTHING! Lots of helpful advice from some contributors but the problem still pops up for no discernible reason every few weeks. I am using Edge and dont have any VPN or Firewall other than Microsoft Defender. I am happy to sign in every time but my problem is.....not getting the codes in the first place.

·1 month agoHave you tried different browswers, and what browser are you using? eBay generally works best on edge, Chrome or Firefox. If you have some sort of firewall/vpn up then you will always be asked for your signing in bits via a code. That is the nature of the beast.
