No way of attaching proof of postage to item did not arrive claims
There is no way to attach a proof of postage to resolutions/disputes which means eBay staff are unable to review all of the information.
Being able to attach physical proof of postage images/documents to orders for eBay staff to review is needed as I've had so many resolutions/reviews from eBay that say 'proof of postage was not provided' when the only way I can provide it is directly through messages to the
buyers (which I do every time).

OP1 month agoIt's not irrelevant at all. It's proof that the item is in transit and there should be reasonable time to consider the item as 'lost' in-line with whatever carrier is used.
eBay support have supported me with this multiple times but I have to go through the process of speaking to AI then a human on the support, which is probably wasting their time as well as theirs.
