No longer receiving item sold notifications
for me, the bell icon top right of web page.
For the past few months, issues with this notification.
I get reminder, offers and ending soon but no your item has sold.
The only way i now know something has sold is in my email account.
reported to ebay, told it was solved but its not
cache cleared daily at shut down.

I don't yet know if this will solve the problem, but if you head to this page: https://commspreferences.ebay.co.uk/commsprefs
Under the section 'Seller', the first section is Selling Activity: click on 'Edit'
Put a tick in the first option: 'Item Sold'
I definitely have not edited that setting before, so I have no idea why (it suggests) that I had opted to have no notifications for items sold.

I sold 2 items
Bought 2
and won 2 offers
But 0 notifications/emails or even messages from ebay to tell me.
I nearly missed the deadline of sending the sold items because I had no idea they were sold until I checked
I am on with customer support right now, so will update with what they say

·6 days agoI have problem with ebay notifications on sales and purchase when item sale usually on bell notified item sold waiting for payment or pay post i do not receive any notifications from ebay they do not listen to me even i just sold item find from my personal email not by ebay try to print dispatch for posting Awaiting for dispatched was plank go to payment section and print postage label from there
