No display blank page when opening app
Is anybody having issues when opening the app? Often blank page and won’t load or coloured lines going across the page!

Try deleting app cache and data and if still an issue after that try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

By uninstalling and reinstalling the app ensure you are updated to the latest version. For android 6.264.0.1 or for IOS 6.264.1
If you are still experiencing issues with a blank page and messages with the latest version please do the following to report it
Shake your phone while in the app and a pop up to report a technical problem will come up. This is the quickest way to get an app issue reported to be checked.
