newly created listings not visible

I have created new listings but they are not visible to me in my active listings.... they are only visible if i link to the item number. Buyers can't buy the item either even if it is visible to them via the link to the listing...

Hi All,
Providing an update that tech have confirmed this issue as resolved. Please do a recent clear of cache and cookies, log out and back in or do a refresh of your page and the listings should be showing as normal.

·2 weeks agoAnnoying not to have been told anything. Potentially lost business today. Also many of my listings have ended up duplicated now so wasted part of my listing allowances.

·2 weeks agoYou would think that a global company would send out a generic message to sellers saying that we are aware of the issue and are working hard to resolve it.
Ebay communication zilch, unless you read the boards!

other items seller is selling... I'm not sure if buyers can see them as I can't find if just search for them in general search.

on the plus side it gave me the chance to sort out two pallets of stock, and do other admin tasks, would rather be listing as I have 4 pallets of kit to do

Tech are currently investigating reports of newly created listings and relists not showing in the active listing page. They are working on the fix. Once there is confirmation of it being resolved we will update the threads.

·2 weeks agoSame here, some are now showing so maybe it’s getting sorted. Tried to relist a similar item but it says it’s a duplicate listing so they are there just not showing. I’m guessing they will show soon.

My newly listed items from my drafts I have listed are not visible in my active listings in seller hub and are not in drafts. I hope they appear as it means redoing everything.
This has put a stop to my days work in case I am just wasting my time listing items that never end up appearing...

·2 weeks agoI was awaiting a call which said 5 minutes that was over 10 minutes ago. No doubt they are getting numerous reports so im not too worried of they dont call back now as i take it they will be trying to sort it out
