I am getting offers on my goods which I have accepted but then nothing happens, the offers are in pending but don't go through, they used to be paid automatically after I accepted them,boys been happening for over 4 weeks now can I fix this?

eBay has temporarily suspended community messages due to a rash of phishing messages (US link):

If the message you received was from a user account just registered today, it was most likely a phishing message.
