Marketing/Socials link to Facebook and Instagram

I did have the links all set up through the Marketing/Social tab to post directly into my Facebook and Instagram accounts from Ebay.

It is now asking to link these again but every time I try to do this, it comes up with feature unavailable.

Could you advise if there is a problem with this or any advice on how to get these back up and linked.

I'm having the same issue for quite some time now. I keep trying and it keeps saying feature unavailable. I've tried to speak to Facebook, but they were very unhelpful! Hopefully it will be sorted soon as I haven't been able to post anything since 4th August.

Thank you for your post.

We’re aware of reports that Facebook and Instagram social links to eBay have become disconnected for some sellers, and some relink attempts are failing. There is a ticket logged with our tech team who are currently investigating it. I'll add your account to the ticket and once there is a further update on a resolution I'll post back.

I'm afraid we don't have an exact timeframe on this. It involves both the eBay side and Meta side. Tech are working to resolve as soon as possible. The soonest I have the update on the fix I will update the threads back here.
