Item sold but not progressing to payment stage
Auction ended with 1 bid so item sold, but it's still showing as an active listing and not as an order, so buyer is unable to make payment.
Any idea what's causing this?

·3 weeks agoAs said others are reporting it, it seems a temporary glitch, but you could also ask your buyer if they can, to switch devices and browser. A laptop / PC with Chrome is a good marriage to try.

·3 weeks agoA few people have reported this but there has been no confirmation that this is actually a technical glitch. It may correct itself.
