Item Descriptions from sellers don't appear
On Android, I can see full sellers' descriptions. On Windows 11, sellers' descriptions disappear. This happens on all listings, not just my own. A couple of friends confirm they have the same problem. I contacted eBay help and they suggested clearing my cache and cookies. That seemed to work, but, when I looked the next day, the problem had returned. I tried clearing cache and cookies again, but no joy. Any ideas?

·5 days agoSame issue on Windows 11 with VIVALDI browser. eBay wrongly states that Vivaldi is "an outdated browser" and recommends using a different browser. I tried BRAVE and yes, the details of my item for sale is visible.

·1 week agoI am also experiencing this issue. Using Android on cellphone. Have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, no love. Help?

Thank you for your post.
Seems like its browser related. This can happen with built in ad blockers in the browser. Try and disable or turn them off and then reload the page to see if that helps with viewing the descriptions.
