I keep getting errors to do with postage when trying to list

I've had numerous issues lately when trying to list on eBay (UK) in the last few days. I've seen another post about this but eBay indicated it's fixed but I still am unable to list anything
Current issue is it's asking me to specify a Postage policy which I've not had to bother with before. If it's a new feature then I don't understand what it is and could do without the hassle. I thought the whole idea of 'Simple Delivery' was the clue was in the name
Can eBay confirm they are still looking into these issues. Or else basically I can't use eBay anymore

·3 weeks agoI cannot get hold of eBay CS. If anyone else can, would be good to know. You need to go into Business Policies from your account and set up a postage policy, but you only get one and it does not appear to cater for large letters or oversized parcels. The AI is useless, and far from threatening to take over the world, and I keep getting accused of being a bot. Ebay used to have the best CS, but now it is non existent. I think the stream of private sellers leaving might continue. Ebay only wants business sellers and to compete with Amazon. It is leaving the niche of market place seller.

·3 weeks agoSounds like you have been opted into Business Policies. You can opt back out here if you wish (top left of page).

OP3 weeks agoAh ok thanks. For me it was on the top RIGHT of the page if anyone else sees this and has a similar layout
