I can’t withdraw my money
My withdraw button is gray the buyer has had the item nearly a month both my card and account are verified but I still can’t withdraw my money even ChatGPT says this is unusual and it’s just very annoying

I've just checked for you, and this is because some information hasn't been verified. Once you do this, you will be able to withdraw your funds. You can do this from the notification we sent to your seller hub, messages or if you can click on Help & Contact, you will see a blue banner in your account pointing you in the right direction as well.
