How do I get to talk to a human??
I have been in touch with a seller after the goods I purchased have become faulty, this as all been done through eBay . the purchased item is still under warranty and the company are just messing me around. the window has closed for a return. so now I'd like eBay to step in and help me with my issue of returning the faulty goods but the automated service is absolutely useless and I'm just going around in circles. I s there any way I can just talk to someone to get this resolved

·2 weeks agoAs already stated, if you are outside the 30 day window to open a case with eBay then there will be nothing further that you can do through eBay as thry don't get involved with warranties.
PayPal also only provides 30 days from date of delivery for an 'Item not as described' payment dispute.
If you funded the purchase with a debit/credit card or used Klarna then you have 120 days from date of purchase to file a Chargeback with your Card Issuer or open a payment dispute with Klarna.
Any warranties would need to be enforced through legal channels.

·2 weeks agoThe important thing here is when did you buy this item?
If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, then open a case for item Does Not Match Description to start the process for a full refund.
If this time has lapsed turn to your payment provider for help with your refund.
You cannot report any warranty not being upheld to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt. If they are not, a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy, to return the item for a full refund.
