Hey Ebay, how about notifications when your systems fail?
Christ, I just spent two hours of my life thinking the issue was
my hardware. (Unable to upload images)
Hey Ebay, ever thought about displaying a notification on your
web page when your systems fail?
It would save alot of wasted time and energy !

·1 week agoA log of known faults that are being worked on would certainly be helpful (could end up being quite a long list though!). It might also help to reduce the number of duplicate discussion threads being opened regarding these.

·1 week agoLikewise I have just wasted 30 minutes on a chat with an agent who said it is expected to take between 24 and 48 hours to resolve. So up to 2 days without being able to list.
