Help needed to set up payout account

Hi everyone. I wonder if anyone can help me as I am at my wits end with A.I. I am very new at all this and am trying to make my first listing to sell an item. My problem is I cannot find where to add a payout bank account to my ebay seller account. I go to payments in sellers dashboard or My Ebay and select add to card and accounts . I get a pop up that says select auction or subscriptions and it just asks for my card details as if i am making a payment . In the help section it says it should say add payout bank account but it does n't . Please could anyone help . thankyou

I was checking for you there, and it looks like you've set up your account for payouts with no problem. However, I do see that you haven't set up a method for your selling costs, and that's probably why you are being asked for a card when trying to add a payment method, so you might be mixing up selling costs payment method with the payouts account.
As it is right now, you will be able to get paid to the bank account you've added. However, I'd recommend adding a selling costs payment method as soon as you can, otherwise your funds/payouts may be placed on hold until you do so.
