Glitch with deleted listing that will not delete

Hi can anyone help sort this glitch out.
I had policy violations on some ad's for shorts sizing issues when the policy changed.
So i deleted them all and reposted them with clear individual sizes and no issues all was good.
Then i kept getting a notice that there was one issue still needing resolved, so i click resolve and the listing comes up, i got to delete and it then tells me i cannot delete a deleted listing.
So the issue will not go away, and i'm sure it is affecting my sales my exposure with the algorithm because my sales just dropped off a cliff and cant get any help on this issue through the help pages'
Its driving me nuts, i go to seller hub and it says my account is in good order with no issues, then i go back to active listings and theres the notification at the top of the page telling me to resolve the issue.
so i appealed it as that is the only option that works and to get some attention to the problem, revise or delete will not work as you cannot do either with a deleted listing, the appeal folk replied telling me to revise or delete the listing even tho i explained the problem it was like talking to a brick wall.
Are there any Ebay folk here that can get this glitch to just go away.

I had more or less the same issue threatening me with a violation unless i put it right... i listed a brand new item label says sz 8-10 so i put this size, however the so called idiotic pathetic robot called Ai decided that sz was not recognised!!!! soooooo who am i to lie & put either a sz 8 or a 10???!!! I also discovered ebay yep ebay although state listing is free for private sellers charged me listing fees on 4 items.... I have now deleted everything & awaiting my payment payout & will close my acc never to use this site again :-)

OP2 weeks agoit offers you the option of 7 to 8 to 9 to 10 11 to 12 and 13 to 14 now Tim........ that is how i relisted my kids shorts. be lucky son.

Thank you for your post.
The policy notification you’re seeing is tied to that specific deleted listing and doesn’t automatically mean your whole account is restricted from making sales. The affected listing itself won’t be searchable, but unless there is a separate account-level restriction on the account, it wouldn't be the cause of no sales. Having had your account checked there is no restrictions in place.
While its frustrating to have it there when you have already taken action they remain on the account for a period of time and will eventually remove.

OP2 weeks agoThanks Kat, since i posted i have made 8 sales after days of no sales so something changed and i appreciate your help.
Im only a small seller with around 300/350 lines on in around 950 ad's thats been a very good sunday and monday for me, much appreciated.
