free delivery
I want to offer free delivery on items over 20.00. Each time I try to list it says simple delivery will override your custom delivery. Has anyone any idea how to change this. I have managed on a few items to get free delivery but not on the last listing. It will be a large letter.

·2 weeks ago · EditedFor items over £20 Simple Delivery is now mandatory for most items, unless over £750. You can still offer 'Free postage' by selecting 'Seller pays'.
Is there a paeticular reason why you don't wish to use Simple Delivery?

·2 weeks agoYou can offer free delivery to buyers but the postage you buy will still be Simple Delivery unless you're able to opt out and that is only possible in some categories.
If the opt-out is not available you can still buy your own postage outside of ebay. There would still be a SD label but you can claim a refund for it. You can't change tracking number but you would be able to add the new number to a "not received" case if that were necessary. Payment may be held for 14 days.
