Facing Buyer side issue while Checking out due to this not getting sales
Summary: zeezouente-0 is facing an issue with their eBay seller account where buyers are unable to complete checkouts, despite increased views and impressions. They have tested various factors such as listings, devices, buyer accounts, and verified that there are no actions required on their Payments page. Although eBay support found no restrictions, the issue appears to persist at an account level. They are seeking advice on whether the Payments Risk, Trust & Safety, or Technical Support department is best to contact.
Hello eBay Community,
I’m experiencing a serious checkout issue on my seller account and would appreciate any guidance.
My account was recently restored, and buyers were initially able to place orders successfully.
So far now I have got only 2 sales and after that I am getting good view and impressions but not any sales, that was really strange so I
* Tested multiple listings from my store.
* Tested with different established UK buyer accounts.
* Used different devices and separate internet connections.
* Checked my buyer requirements and blocked-buyer settings.
* Confirmed that my Payments page shows “No action required.”
* Contacted several eBay customer-support representatives.
Support says there is no visible restriction on my account, and the technical team suggested that the problem was on the buyer’s side. However, multiple unrelated buyers receive the same error across different listings, so it appears to be an account-level checkout issue.
Has anyone experienced a hidden transaction or checkout restriction alongside this type of payment hold? Could eBay’s automated risk system be preventing buyers from completing purchases even though customer support cannot see any restriction?
Any advice on which department—Payments Risk, Trust & Safety, or Technical Support—I should contact would be greatly appreciated.
Additional if Any one can check it out either in both condition I will so grateful that I will have somehting to bring this serious matter to eBay support .
Thank you.
