Evri at fault?
Hi I have received a parcel that is not for me. There is a and written address label on the front and also an Evri label. The hand written label I assume was written by the seller but who put the Evri label on the parcel? The Evri label has the buyers name but my address. How does this happen? What am I supposed to do with it? I have no seller information for me to contact. I am not prepared to pay anything to sort this out. Any suggestions?
Thank you.

·1 week agoTake it to your post office/shop, explain the issue and see if Evri will forward it to the hand written address.
