Hi all problem with delivery (Evri) posted a order yesterday 17/08/26 checked tracking and this showed
7:27 am this was not the actual time i dropped off around 8:15,
2:24pm Van Held - Locker Technical issue, my order was dropped off in one stop shop
Checked tracking today and it's still says the same message,
i am wondering am i supposed to let the buyer know there is a problem with the delivery?

·3 weeks agoNo, they can get tracking updates via their purchase list on ebay. If the item doesn't get to them they should open a "not received"case and as long as you used Simple Delivery postage ebay will issue the refund and you keep the payment.
