ebay phone app
can any one help me, i am unable to use my ebay app on my phone, its just a blank screen, it's ok on my laptop
i have turned my phone off and on several time, deleted the app, installed again, changed password's but still unable to access my account on my phone,
has any one come across this problem before ?
and know i to solve it?
very annoying as i am unable to list iteam sfrom my phone.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.
