Ebay is chaotic due to A.I.
Ebay's gone crazy. No human agents to help - the chat bots are stupid. I don't think I can carry on with this nonsense after 27yrs. Sda.

·2 weeks agoHi I have been trying to talk to an agent for about a week now and cannot get through. When I am listing an item over 20.00 I want to pay for the postage as I do not want simple delivery. I am unable to do free postage as the option is not there. I also cannot do a small letter at 1.00. I had a message that this was a fault they knew about and it was being worked on. Over a week later I still cannot list properly is this fault being sorted

OP2 weeks agoI had a business acount for 20yrs - no way would I have one now. A.I. is destroying the business model of ebay. An agent is no longer offered.
