e mails not going to phone... grrrrrr
Sell an item - all well until no email sent to phone to show at post office.. I have to photograph the QR code on my phone to send.
Seems to be lots of problems now- as yesterday could not load photos and it seems to be that we are always doing something wrong - ie clear cache etc

·1 month agoI am having this issue too. I've also stopped getting the sales emails. I tried AI chat but worse than useless.

·1 month agoi'm having the exact same problem since thursday and still same today, 3rd call to customer services to ask them to send me the QR code, so annoying. We are not the only ones & its not us its you ebay lol please sort it out
