Counterfeit goods dispute
Please can someone explain why my dress was deemed counterfeit, when it clearly has a nightmare before Christmas label and also a Disney label. I cannot find any details to query this, I did appeal and that was declined. Also they have returned the dress but what about the extra present I put in the package for the buyer.
I now cannot sell it on eBay even though I believe it to be legitimate.
Has anyone else had this

OP1 month agoI assume it was ebay as it never got to the buyer and they never knew anything about it

·1 month agoperhaps you can clarify specifically what happened - because not a lot is making sense here.
You state the buyer returned the dress - but are now saying they never got it. What actually happened?

·1 month agoWell that is the only time an item would be returned by eBay. So t must either have been returned by the buyer or by the carrier as undeliverable?

·1 month agoWas the listing taken down - or the buyer claim it was counterfeit?
Can't actually see you have sold a Nightmare Before Christmas dress on this account so can't offer further advice without more info.
Regards the extra gift - that would be classed as unsolicited items sent to the buyer unless you stated what it was specifically in the listing - there would be no obligation to return somethign you would have sent for free.
