Cannot reach an agent - "Something went wrong. Please try again later"
I am trying to request a selling limit increase and cannot get through to an agent at all. Every time I click "Contact an agent" I get: "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
It happens on desktop web and on the app, across different help topics (Selling, and Managing your account). I also booked a callback earlier and it never came.
Is anyone else seeing this tonight, or is there another way to reach a human about selling limits?

·1 month agoOur link to speak to Customer Services has been removed. All we have now is to click on help at the top of a page, select a subject and then type in "speak to agent". Keep repeating until it works. Best of luck.
