Cannot log in if responding to an email
Every time I get an email from ebay and try to log in from the email link, I am told my password is invalid, when I know it is not wrong.
I have had no problem logging into my account before, but I am getting really fed up with this.
Does anyone else have this problem.

·1 month agoeBay sending emails? They usually are just informative about items being purchased / offers etc. and say do not reply.
What is the information on the emails from ' eBay'. I'll bet my bottom dollar they're spam.

@**peaseblossom** above has a great point, are you sure these emails are from us? Before clicking on any links, you want to double check the email is genuinely from the sender they are claiming to be, specially if you have to enter your log in details.
I've always recommended that even if the email/link looks legit, go and log in manually from the browser or app as you'd normally do just to be safe, instead of following links, emails or similar.
