Bulk label printing error - Error generating labels

Getting an error when I go to purchase my Royal Mail shipping labels via bulk shipping on Ebay -

This has been happening on both Edge and Chrome for the last few days - bulk label shipping generates the above error and I need to purchase the labels individually to get round the issue.
Any ideas how this can be resolved as I don't want to be purchasing shipping labels individually.

OP1 week agoSeems to be working fine now - just booked collections via the bulk shipping method.

·1 week agoSame for around a week now. As posted by Motoguy, the collection booking breaks the flow, so I book one separately for collection, then bulk-order the rest for drop-off. Just make sure your postie isn't one of those who won't accept additional parcels.

OP1 week agoWell it's different postmen at the moment as my regular postman either seems to have left or is on a long holiday.
They won't take additional parcels if they aren't booked in on their handheld system as there's a 35p charge for each pickup unless it's booked in via Ebay.

·1 week agoI am experiencing the same problem. Second time in the last couple of days that I have tried to print labels in bulk and have the same "Error generating labels" message. I am still able to print them individually.

OP1 week agoAt least it's not just me - hopefully it gets resolved soon as the issue is still happening today.
Looks like I am going to have to print all my labels out individually again.
