All new posts on the member to member board are being locked
Summary: A participant reported that new posts on the member-to-member question board have been locked since October 2nd, preventing responses. They advised those with urgent questions to use discussion boards instead and encouraged bumping the thread until the issue is resolved. Various members, including papso22, tommystrezures, and fargvs, repeatedly bumped the thread to highlight the issue. fargvs noted that response options were limited on many topics. cee-dee expressed frustration that no resolution had been reached and tressygirl tagged eBay representatives to address the issue.
Since sometime in the afternoon of the 2nd October all new posts on the member to member question board are being locked when posted. This means that no-one can respond until ebay sorts this out.
If you are a member with an urgent question, please post on a discussion board for help. Obviously that only works if you see this message!
Please do not ask your question on this thread as it will get messy.
Feel free to bump this thread until the issue is sorted.
