·1 month agoYou are not communicating with ebay on this board, although a community manager may occasionally pop in.
The account you are posting with has 771 feedback and was registered in 2008, I can see that with no problems. Are you asking about another account?
Sometimes people inadvertently create new accounts when they use Google or Facebook to login, perhaps you did that?
