I sent out a large parcel (23kg) of magazines to the GSP Centre on the 29th June using Parcelforces Express 48 service. The tracking sowed it was received on the 29th at the Leicester Dist. Centre but then nothing until the 5th July where it had made it to the Coventry Dist. Centre. Spoken to Parcelforce CS today and they said it has probably been delivered but not scanned as it would be part of a large trailer. I explained that the onward GSP tracking had not kicked in so i don't think that's the case and he said he would check up for me. I'm not holding my breath. Where do I stand? Parcelforce are saying it's delivered but I'm assuming GSP will say they haven't received it and i'll have to refund the £250 to the buyer.
